11:00 AM PT -- Las Vegas detectives identified Manuel Ruiz as the suspect. Ruiz walked into a Henderson police Station and turned himself in on June 9, 2025. He was taken into custody and will be booked into the Clark County Detention Center for two counts of Open Murder with a Deadly Weapon.
